Absolutely. We assign Project Managers by specialty and geography so every customer is well cared for from inspection through final walk-through. One point of contact — never passed off mid-project.

Look for a local, certified roofing company that will still be around in five years, with proper insurance and a building license. Do you use subcontractors on residential roofing projects?

It is much more common with shingling than with other types of roofing. We have been working with our current shingling crews for nearly a decade, and every installation is checked, double-checked, and triple-checked by Roof Worx. For specialty projects like roof repairs or metal roofing, we have our in-house crews and wrapped vehicles that are easy to spot.

How did you become a GAF Master Elite roofer?

The Master Elite title is not a widely-used rubber stamp. To earn it you must be committed to serious quality, customer service, and ongoing training. Every Roof Worx employee attends annual training on how to properly install GAF systems, which GAF experts then inspect. Only about 1% of Colorado roofers make the grade.

How many dedicated crews do you have?

It depends on the time of year. At the peak of the season we run up to six shingle crews, two low-slope crews, and two in-house metal roofing crews. We scale with the demands of our Front Range customers.

Yes. We have our own seasoned in-house repair team and company-wrapped vehicles for specialty projects. The team is backed by a manager with 35+ years in the roofing business and handles residential, HOA / multifamily, and commercial repairs.

Because we are GAF Master Elite, we can provide material and workmanship warranties for complete coverage of up to 30 years, backed by a manufacturer that has been in business for 100+ years. Most insurance carriers offer up to 30% off for Class 4 hail-impact-resistant shingles. Worth asking your agent. One caution: some carriers attach cosmetic exclusions to that discount, which can make storm damage claims more difficult — so weigh both sides of the trade-off.
