Ted Thomas
Founder & Operations Director
Ted Thomas brings nearly 40 years of experience in operations management, project management, logistics, and construction leadership to Roof Worx. Throughout his career, Ted has managed complex projects, led large teams, and developed systems designed to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accountability.
In the early 2000s, Ted partnered with his brother, Bart Thomas, to build custom residential homes throughout Colorado. Together, they recognized a growing need for roofing and exterior contractors who could provide honest guidance, professional project management, and long-term value for property owners. That vision became the foundation of Roof Worx.
Today, Ted oversees operations, customer experience, technology, and project management systems that help ensure every customer receives clear communication, thorough planning, and outstanding results. His customer-first philosophy is built around educating property owners, providing transparent recommendations, and delivering roofing solutions that protect their investments for years to come.
Ted's expertise includes residential roofing, commercial roofing, multifamily roofing, storm restoration, insurance claims management, project management, and exterior renovations including siding, windows, and painting.

Bart Thomas
Founder & Construction Director
Bart Thomas has spent nearly four decades in the construction industry, building a reputation for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving. His career began in commercial construction before transitioning into residential construction more than 27 years ago, where he developed extensive expertise in roofing, exterior renovations, and complex building systems.
Together with his brother Ted, Bart helped establish Roof Worx with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and treating every customer with honesty and respect. His hands-on construction knowledge and field experience have been instrumental in shaping Roof Worx’s reputation as one of Colorado’s most trusted roofing contractors.
Bart specializes in roofing system design, installation best practices, quality control, building envelope performance, and exterior renovations. He is passionate about helping homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and commercial property owners understand their options and make informed decisions about protecting their properties.

When my Dad bought his house in Thornton a couple of years ago the roof needed to be replaced as part of the purchase. Roof Worx did an exceptional job, was reasonably priced, and the sellers paid them to put a new roof on my Dad's house. They were fast, professional, and did a great install. After some nasty Colorado winds our aging and outdated roof had lost more than a few shingles and I filed an insurance claim for the roof. Due to my Dad's experience I reached out to Roof Worx. Victor took over the job and did all the heavy lifting fighting with the insurance company to make sure we got what was appropriate and correct. It took numerous calls and emails and lots of push back from the insurance company but they eventually were forced to give in and replace and bring the entire roof up to code. I believe this was solely the case due to Victor's and Roof Worx's knowledge and experience providing everything the insurance needed so they had no choice but to do the right thing. After all of that, they continued to work with our schedule, get the roof done quickly (2 days and would have been 1 if not for the county inspector schedule). They completed all the permits for the county, scheduled and were there for the inspections. It is so unfortunately rare these day to find a business like this. One that is responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with, while still being reasonably priced and not over-charging (even though this was an insurance claim the final number was very reasonable for the work completed). I would not hesitate to recommend Victor and this company to anyone. If your are looking for a GREAT, HONEST, and LOCAL company, look no further.
