We got to watch a great keynote speaker, Michael Abrashoff, at the GAF Wealth Builder Conference. Michael was a navy captain that was assigned the worst ship in the navy. He has compelling story of his leadership to turn the ship performance around. He succeeded in making his ship the best in the Pacific and the ship still holds the best firing accuracy record in the fleet. Check out his book “It’s the Ship; Leadership, Driving Engagement, Ownership and Results” which is a best selling book.

Roof Worx installed our roof several years back. In the recent crazy wind storm, the hurricane force winds caused a small amount of damage. Roof Works was very responsive and did a warranty repair within a couple of days. They got it in before the snow came again, which is very appreciated! Victor was very responsive, He gave an accurate estimate, was very pleasant to work with, honest about what to expect, and very professional. After examining the roof already and determining it's need for repair, he also came out at the same time as the insurance company to advocate for any extra things needed. They came out the day after Thanksgiving just as they said they would, and had the job done in a day!

My insurance agent recommended Roof Worx, LLC as they had prior positive experiences with them. I am so glad I asked for this recommendation. The company was outstanding from start to finish. My project manager, Noah, was very knowledgeable. Noah spent a great deal of time with me offering options and advice. Bringing samples to my home helped to visualize the options, colors, and the completed project. Answering my questions, explaining roofing jargon, warranties, explaining roofing and city inspections procedures, answering my many calls and emails must have tried his patience. But he was such a good teacher and always willing to help me understand and be comfortable with every aspect of the process. My homeowners association was an obstacle because I wanted to make a small color change to the shingles. I had a great deal of frustration with their delay in reviewing my request and amazement at their questions. Noah and Roof Worx, LLC stuck with me assisting in answering questions and talking to one of the board members with me. It was two months before the HOA sent final approval. I believe other companies would have asked me to find someone else to re-roof my home. Not every roofing company would have the owner come to my home to review the progress and quality of work. Roof Worx, LLC did. The entire crew were both polite and hard working. In addition, they were punctual and experienced. Landscaping was protected by tarps. The cleanup was better than anything that I have seen before. I am totally satisfied with my new roof. I highly recommend Roof Worx, LLC.

They explained all the steps to be performed and I felt very comfortable with them there. The crew did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Barry came out to look at my roof and gave an honest evaluation. He let us know the roof did not need to be replaced at the time. I appreciate not being sold on something that I did not need. I will call them when it is time for a replacement.
